As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our international clients. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, screening candidates, and assessing their qualifications and cultural fit. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure the highest level of candidate satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of our recruitment process through proactive sourcing, networking, and building relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for specific roles
  • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of job offers
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, results-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus
