Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities for Dutch-speaking candidates in various industries.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for potential job placements.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand candidate profiles and market demands.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on Dutch-speaking candidates.
- Strong knowledge of the Consumer Services industry is preferred.
- Ability to effectively utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Availability to work on a freelance basis, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
