Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Logistics specialist . The role will part of a growing and talented Logistics Team and will report directly into our Logistics supervisor . The role can be based in Guadalajara.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be expected to:

Manage the logistics process at our warehouses to ensure daily operations Solve any possible incidents to minimize the impact on business. You will carry out a follow-up of the same and manage autonomously and proactively. Oversee 3PL´s invoicing on a monthly basis, ensuring it fits the agreed conditions as well as to analyse any budget deviation. Monitor key performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and participate in cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Be the liaison between logistics area, 3PLs and internal stakeholders. Be recognized as an expert in its own area within the organization solving complex problems, working independently, interpreting internal or external issues.

Experiences and Qualifications

As result we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, customer and result oriented , driven by processes and methodology, with powerful negotiation/communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler.

Office package knowledge Degree/ educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar is preferred. Experience in international transportation and customs clearance processess Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-national company, 3PL, forwarding agent or transport company Significant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment Fluent English and Spanish speaker with international experience. Additional languages are a plus. Experience working in diverse and remote teams Have valid driver’s license and vehicle
