At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme – Retail Banking   Track

Just graduated from a Ms and talented? Join the  ING International Talent Programme .

The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas:

Banking Skills

Personal Growth

Professional Development

In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 global events where all trainees come together to learn, network, and develop themselves .

Your key responsibilities:

You contribute by listening to the “voice of the customer” in order to develop a strong vision on how to attract consumers and to continuously improve the existing journeys.

You help to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction. 

You work to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing for innovative solutions. 

By Having analytical skills, you comprehend, select and analyze data to gather insights that help the decision-making process. You are a pro-active thinker. 

You contribute with the translation of business needs into requirements for the implementation.

What are we looking for?

Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies

Master degree

Up to 2 years of experience

Good academic record

Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum).

Customer focused and results-oriented person

Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills

Great organizational, oral and written communication skills

Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker

Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude

Problem solving mindset

Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people

Ability to work at an international level

Not essential, but will be valued

The following qualifications will be an advantage:

Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities

Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field

Leadership activities

Participation in financial forums and communities

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Contribuirá escuchando la «voz del cliente» para desarrollar una visión sólida sobre cómo atraer a los consumidores y mejorar continuamente los viajes existentes.

Ayudará a desarrollar, lanzar y mantener en el mercado una atractiva propuesta de valor de productos y servicios que proporcione la máxima satisfacción al cliente.

Trabajará para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir la complejidad, aportando la mejor experiencia en los momentos de la verdad y buscando soluciones innovadoras.

Gracias a su capacidad analítica, comprenderá, seleccionará y analizará datos para obtener información que ayude al proceso de toma de decisiones. Eres un pensador proactivo.

¿Qué buscamos?
