**At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme - Retail Banking** **Track**

Just graduated from a Ms and talented? Join the **ING International Talent Programme**.

The **ING International Talent Programme** is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many **roles, places, skills and challenges** as we could pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas:

- ** Banking Skills**
- ** Personal Growth**
- ** Professional Development**

In addition to the learning courses, you will attend** 2 global events** where all trainees come together to **learn, network, and develop themselves**.**

**Your key responsibilities**:

- You contribute by listening to the “voice of the customer” in order to develop a strong vision on how to attract consumers and to continuously improve the existing journeys.
- You help to develop, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction.
- You work to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing for innovative solutions.
- By Having analytical skills, you comprehend, select and analyze data to gather insights that help the decision-making process. You are a pro-active thinker.
- You contribute with the translation of business needs into requirements for the implementation.

**What are we looking for?**

If you think you will be a right fit for us and would like to become part of the project, here is what we ask from you:

- Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
- Master degree
- Up to 2 years of experience
- Good academic record
- Advanced or bilingual knowledge of both English and Spanish (C1 at a minimum).
- Customer focused and results-oriented person
- Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Great organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
- Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude
- Problem solving mindset
- Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people
- Ability to work at an international level

**Not essential, but will be valued**

The following qualifications will be an advantage:

- Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities
- Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field
- Leadership activities
- Participation in financial forums and communities
