Nuestro cliente es un proveedor líder en soluciones de conectividad, ciberseguridad y servicios de red que está buscando un Ingeniero de Redes para trabajar en su departamento de NaaS, que ayude a configurar, instalar y mantener equipos de redes para sus clientes.


Responsabilidades:

  • Asegurarse de cumplir con los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) de soporte al cliente contractuales.
  • Implementar nuevas soluciones de red y/o mejorar la eficiencia de las redes de sus clientes.
  • Instalar, configurar, monitorear y mantener equipos de red, incluyendo routers, switches, controladores WLAN, productos propietarios de la compañía, puntos de acceso y cableado.
  • Maximizar el rendimiento de la red mediante monitoreo continuo y solución de problemas.
  • Automatizar la solución de problemas a través de scripts y software en caso de una interrupción.
  • Organizar actualizaciones programadas.
  • Investigar fallos en la red.
  • Actualizar equipos de red a las últimas versiones de firmware.
  • Mantener información precisa de los activos.
  • Informar el estado de la red a las partes interesadas clave.
  • Implementar y mantener sistemas de monitoreo de red.
  • Proporcionar análisis, determinación y resolución de problemas complejos utilizando utilidades/herramientas de red estándar de la industria, así como pensamiento creativo.
  • Crear y mantener diagramas/documentación "como se construyó", así como documentación de procesos y procedimientos.


Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • Licenciatura en informática, ingeniería o campo de estudio relacionado es una ventaja.
  • Experiencia en sistemas, redes y cloud.
  • Experiencia con Routers y switches Cisco con amplia experiencia en diseño, configuración, implementación y resolución de problemas.
  • Altamente competente con firewalls, VPN, puntos de acceso y controladores inalámbricos de Cisco.
  • Experiencia con Protocolos de enrutamiento (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
  • Experiencia con Tecnologías WLAN y LAN. SD WAN.
  • Conocimiento del protocolo IP (Protocolo de Internet) y aplicaciones.
  • Nivel de Inglés alto.
