QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Customer Experience Analyst, tu objetivo será monitorear el nivel de servicio prestado a los clientes, la identificación de puntos de dolor, la mejora de procesos internos que mejoren el rendimiento de la empresa frente a sus clientes. También será necesario revisa la user experience de las distintas herramientas digitales para identificar puntos de mejora.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Mejorar la Experiencia de Cliente mediante la identificación de puntos de dolor en base a los inputs de los clientes. Hacer seguimiento de proveedores y niveles de servicio. Diseño, optimización y control de herramientas digitales. Identificar e implementar mejoras del servicio. Monitorear la voz del cliente mediante un sistema de encuestas.

Licenciado / Grado
