How your day-to-day in this role would look like: 

  • As a Sales Expert Support, you will play a crucial role in sales follow-up, engaging in outbound and inbound calls to support our client's sales initiatives.
  • Become a:

‍♀️Problem-Solving Super Hero by suggesting the right product that fit client's expectations.

Experience Crafting with outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our clients' products and services

️‍♂️Product/Service Sherlock with inbound calls from customers, answering their inquiries, and providing product information

☀️Joy Spreader collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Language Maestro: Fluent in Portuguese, good English
  • Sales Savvy: "Sell me this pen" person
  • Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
