Se busca director de proyecto para la ejecución de redes de calor y frío en distintas ciudades de España.


Funciones principales:


  • Liderar el equipo del proyecto para cumplir objetivos, satisfacer las expectativas de las partes interesadas del proyecto y alcanzar los resultados deseados.
  • Gestión integral de los proyectos encomendados: definición conceptual, ingeniería básica y de detalle, construcción y puesta en marcha.
  • Responsable de las comunicaciones entre la organización que patrocina el proyecto, el equipo de trabajo y otras partes interesadas.
  • Planificación, desarrollo y organización del proyecto.
  • Reporte de viabilidad de proyecto y control de su ejecución.
  • Desarrollo de plan de comunicación y objetivos internos.
  • Monitorizar la ejecución del proyecto (tiempo, coste, calidad, riesgo)
  • Control económico del proyecto
  • Supervisar la calidad en la ejecución y el control de cambios del proyecto. 
  • Responsable de la gestión y asignación de recursos y responsabilidades (previsión de costes, selección de subtareas, definición de equipos etc.) en contacto directo con el Jefe de Obra




Requisitos:

Ingeniero Superior Industrial, de la Energía o similar.


Valorable certificación PMP o formación en gestión de proyectos así como MBA. 


Mínimo de cinco años de experiencia dirigiendo proyectos EPC, en el sector industrial y/o energético. Valorable que la experiencia sea en España.


Dominio de programas de gestión de proyectos como el MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.


Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y con contacto directo con el cliente.


Amplia experiencia de control de costos de obra, control y rendimiento de personal, subcontratas, planificación y balance económico de proyectos. 


Requerida disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional. 


Experiencia en dirección de proyectos de obras civiles y/o de generación.
