As a Safety Manager in the industry sector, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to, fostering a secure environment for our operations and personnel. Your expertise will support clients in one of this locations: Madrid, Sevilla or Cádiz, effectively contributing to the enhancement of safety standards within the industry.
¿What would you be doing in your day a day? ✨
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.Provide training and guidance to teams on safety practices and emergency response protocols.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.Collaborate with management to develop safety goals and objectives.Maintain detailed records and reports on safety-related activities.Safety studies: FERA/EERA/Fallen objects/Hazardous area classification/Waste management/Access and evacuation assessments.Plans: Fire control and safety/ATEX plans.Review of SDS and C&E HVAC, process drains, 3D model interfaces.Apply applicable legislation to determine technical requirements or deviations from customer contract requirements.Safety Case/ALARP.Update fire water system PIDs/PIPENET calculations.Design updates (F&G/Evacuation routes and LSAs, hazardous areas, fire detection, safety panels).Development of specifications and technical sheets.Technical evaluations of bids and review of vendor documentation.Updating of FSAs (FERA, EERA, etc.).What do we need from you? ✨

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in safety management.Proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety programs.Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and training skills.Good level of English.And, last but not least, what do we offer? ✨
