At Capitole we continue to grow and we want to do it with you About the role We are looking for a Support Engineer who will play a key role in the operational maintenance of our technological solutions deployed on-site ( Linux edge servers) and in the Azure cloud. You will ensure monitoring, diagnostics, and rapid incident resolution to guarantee service reliability and availability . What will you do? Monitoring Linux edge servers installed in our industrial centers (sorting centers, waste-to-energy plants) and connected solutions (Azure IoT Edge, IoT Hub, Event Hub and ADX). Performing SSH interventions to analyze logs, identify anomalies, and restart services as needed. Automating service checks using Shell and Python scripts . Improving monitoring by developing KPIs on Grafana . Providing support for Azure ML cloud platform s dedicated to Data and GenAI projects. Collaborating with technical teams to escalate incidents and implement corrective actions . Mandatory Requirements Engineering degree or equivalent in IT, systems, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting is essential. Experience with Linux Knowledge of IoT Edge architectures and Data & A I platforms is a plus. Strong service orientation, rigor, autonomy, and good communication skills. Location: Alicante (Hybrid).
