Working as a **Field Service Engineer** you will do field service and technical assistance of AUV, Hugin systems globally. You will perform technical support and maintenance on our products as well as in-house technical support to our customers.

**Key accountabilities**
- Technical support, Service and Commissioning on Subsea and AUV systems
- In house service of Marine Robotics and AUV systems
- Technical assistance to Sales & Marketing and Aftersales
- Follow up with appropriate technical lead after service and System as Service (SaaS) operation
- Provides customer support and training for new and existing customers both in house and in the field
- Document and analyze operational data
- Reads and interprets specific test procedures to properly perform and document test results

**Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor education or some years equivalent experience in AUV operations and service
- Experience with commissioning, test or maintenance of electronics and AUVs
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Able to travel overseas on short notice**You are able to**

- use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
- demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area
