En Akkodis, consultora líder en ingeniería y tecnología, buscamos un/a Packaging Engineer para incorporarse a un proyecto industrial internacional de alto valor, con contrato estable e indefinido, ubicado en Sant Andreu de la Barca (Barcelona).La persona seleccionada será un referente técnico en soluciones de embalaje industrial y de automoción, participando en el diseño, desarrollo e industrialización de sistemas de packaging que garanticen la calidad del producto, la eficiencia logística y la optimización de costes, siempre bajo los estándares de ergonomía, seguridad (HSE) y requisitos de cliente. Funciones principalesDefinir y desarrollar soluciones de embalaje en fase de cotización e industrialización.Liderar el diseño y validación de equipos y sistemas de packaging.Coordinar mock-ups, prototipos y validaciones con proveedores.Elaborar y validar especificaciones funcionales y técnicas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, requisitos de cliente y HSE.Analizar ofertas técnicas y económicas de proveedores junto con compras.Coordinarse con producción, proyectos e ingeniería.Dar soporte técnico a producción y participar en mejora continua.Liderar actividades de estandarización y lessons learned.Validar documentación técnica y apoyar la gestión de riesgos. RequisitosFormación en Ingeniería Mecánica o formación técnica equivalente.Experiencia en entornos industriales de automoción.Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de packaging.Experiencia trabajando con proveedores y validaciones técnicas.Conocimiento de fases de cotización, industrialización, prototipos y transferencia a producción.Capacidad de coordinación, análisis técnico y trabajo transversal.
