Director RRHH Industrial – Alcala de HenaresPresente su candidatura después de leer los siguientes requisitos de habilidades y cualificaciones para este puesto.Desde Hays estamos en búsqueda de un/a Director/a de Recursos Humanos / HRBP para una de las plantas logísticas más relevantes de nuestro cliente, una multinacional líder en el sector.Objetivo del puesto Impulsar la estrategia de Recursos Humanos en un entorno industrial de gran volumen, actuando como figura clave entre la planta, el cliente del sector retail y el corporativo, con foco en relaciones laborales, políticas corporativas y mejora continua.Responsabilidades clave- Implementación de políticas corporativas: asegurar la correcta implantación de iniciativas de RRHH alineadas con negocio y replicables en otras plantas/países.- Relaciones laborales: gestionar comités de empresa, negociación y entornos sindicalizados con alta carga operativa.- Gestión estratégica: actuar como partner del Director General de la planta, aportando visión, criterio y capacidad de influencia.- Análisis y mejora continua: impulsar planes de acción para reducir absentismo, mejorar clima y optimizar procesos.- Coordinación con cliente del sector retail: garantizar que las iniciativas aplicadas para este cliente puedan escalarse a otros mercados.- Interlocución con stakeholders clave: planta, cliente, corporativo y centros de excelencia.Estructura equipo HR- Equipo de RRHH ya existente (6–7 personas) centrado en la operativa diaria.- La posición no tiene equipo directo, pero sí rol e identidad de dirección.Perfil requerido- Experiencia de más de 8-10 años en RRHH entornos industriales con foco en relaciones laborales.- Experiencia gestionando comités de empresa y entornos sindicalizados.- Visión estratégica y capacidad de trabajar con stakeholders de alto nivel.- Experiencia en sectores industriales, plantas de alto volumen u operaciones 24/7.- Inglés necesario (interlocución con RRHH Europa).Condiciones laborales- Horario: 9:00–17:00 (lunes a viernes).- Flexibilidad: sí.- Teletrabajo: No- Salario: en función de la experiencia, a determinar durante las entrevistas.- Beneficios: retribución flexible, acuerdo médico para descuento. xohynlm Si estás buscando un nuevo reto en un entorno industrial de gran complejidad y tu perfil encaja con la descripción, no dudes en aplicar.
