EU Business School is seeking a senior-levelCareer Services & Talent Development Officerfor our Alumni & Student Careers department.This senior role will be responsible for overseeing key events and initiatives aimed at enhancing student career prospects, including theBusiness Immersion Week,company visits, andnetworking events. The primary focus will be on managing the entireinternship programand fostering strongpartner engagementwith corporate stakeholders.Internship Program Management:Oversee the complete lifecycle of the internship program, from sourcing and matching internship opportunities to supporting students throughout their placements. This includes coordinating with company partners, students, and internal departments to ensure smooth and successful internship experiences to ensure alignment between student profiles and partner needs.~ Student support and Talent Development:To provide personalized support for students, helping them navigate their career paths, develop professional skills, and secure internships and job placements. Organize workshops and training sessions on essential employability skills, such as resume writing, interview preparation, networking techniques, and personal branding. Ensure ongoing collaboration through internship opportunities, company visits, and networking events. Assist with the planning and execution of all events hosted by the Career Services department, including but not limited to~ Company Visits & Networking Events:Data Tracking & Reporting:Track and report on the outcomes of the internship program, events, and partnerships. Provide data-driven insights to improve future activities and foster greater student and partner engagement.Experience in providing career coaching and managing internship programs in an educational setting is highly desirable.Strong organizational and project management skills.Fluency in English and basic Spanish is required. Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, event management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to bring their expertise in career services and event coordination to an international setting.
