At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid.Aunque la experiencia profesional y las cualificaciones son clave para este puesto, asegúrese de comprobar si posee las habilidades interpersonales preferibles antes de solicitar, si se requieren. Main responsibilities:Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points).Ensure consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders.Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA).Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training.Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions.Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management.Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses.Prepare decision-making materials for the steering committee.Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
