Join our team as aSenior PMOfrom our offices inBarcelona .You will be part of thePMO area , acting as a key player in onboardingproject governance, cost controlling and operational coordination . Your role will focus oncontrolling project, ensuring PMO processes are followed and coordinating PMO staff , with a strong exposure to numbers, data and reporting.What will your day-to-day look like?Control and monitorproject budgets, costs and financial performance .Ensure PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks are properly applied.Coordinate and overseePMO staff , ensuring onboarding processes and internal PMO workflows are followed.Track project KPIs, milestones and risks, providing structured visibility to stakeholders.Work closely with project managers, finance and business teams.Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement.Contribute to decision-making throughdata analysis and dashboards .What skills and experience are required for the role?Solid experience in aSenior PMO role , with strong focus oncost controlling .Proven experience working incomplex and structured organizations .Experience coordinating PMO teams or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset and comfort working withnumbers and data .Knowledge ofdata visualization tools(Power BI or similar).Fluent English (C1) and Spanish .Residence inBarcelona .Structured, results-oriented and highly detail-focused profile.What will your experience at Advoost be like?You will feel part of Advoost, where collaboration and a positive work environment are a priority.You will work with a team focused on excellence and long-term client relationships.Hybrid working model : Monday to Thursday on-site,remote work on Fridays .Flexible working hours. xsgfvud Growth and development:permanent contract , annual performance review and conditions aligned with your evolution.
