This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and consistently upholding the brand's high standards.Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-end restaurant concepts.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and data-driven decision-making.Legally authorized to work in Spain.Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations, and evolving customer expectations within the premium dining segment.Core Focus Areas:Team Leadership & Culture BuildingHire, mentor, and lead a diverse restaurant team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with brand values.Guest Experience & Brand StandardsChampion an elevated customer experience, proactively resolving concerns and maintaining consistent service excellence across all touchpoints.Financial & Strategic OversightLead financial planning, cost management, and revenue analysis to achieve and exceed performance targets. Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth planning.Operational Efficiency & ComplianceOversee procurement, stock control, and compliance with all regulatory, hygiene, and brand operating standards.Business Development & Market EngagementSupport the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives to grow market share and brand loyalty.
