Senior Accountant

The company is currently in a phase of expansion across Europe and is looking to strengthen its finance team with a professional who brings rigor, analytical vision, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and demanding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet analysis.Manage local interim and year-end audits (when applicable).Participate in interim and year-end audit processes in the U.S. (when applicable).Prepare and submit VAT returns.Produce monthly reports for the Country Heads.Oversee regional cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for business requests.RequirementsExperience in management accounting and financial reporting.Strong knowledge of VAT and local compliance requirements.Familiarity with audit processes (experience with US GAAP is a plus).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Fluency in English.BenefitsFlexible working hours, with adaptable start and end times.2 days of remote work per week.Competitive salary: €35,000 gross per year.Real opportunities for growth and professional development within an expanding international environment.
