A strong background in Guarantee of Payment (GOP) procedures with hospitals and clinics is essential.Coordinate International Assistance: Act as the central point of contact between clients, medical providers, and insurance partners to arrange and authorize medical treatments and services worldwide.Provide Client Support: Deliver clear, compassionate, and professional communication to guide clients and their families through stressful situations.Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Meticulously document all cases, verify coverage, and ensure all actions comply with company protocols and insurance policy terms.What We're Looking For:Must-Have Experience: Proven professional experience in medical insurance claims management and a solid understanding of GOP frameworks.Language Skills:Essential: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Highly Preferred: Fluency in other European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian, other).
