Medical Information Coordinator

**Job Description**:
The Medical Information coordinator will:
- Manage Medinfo requests that may come from external stakeholders (e.g. HCPs) or internal ones, according to country legislation and Biogen procedures;
- Maintain MedInfo archives (organization and update);
- Provide scientific data with high quality;
- Allow a quick time of response;
- Guarantee high quality responses in short turn around time;
- Minimize operational burden on the local medical team;
- Maximize high-value interactions by field medical;
- Provide robust insights and data analysis.
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Post Marketing Authorization Studies
VisionTracker coordinator. Liaise with key internal stakeholders to have the studies uploaded and updated in VT. Guarantee that Post Marketing Authorization Studies run in the affiliate are updated and archived accordingly.
- Medical Information
Prepare, manage and provide medical information answers
- Including, but not limited to, medical letters, slide kits, publications, FAQs, and formulary dossiers
- Act with the ultimate goal of providing timely, accurate, and balanced medical information
- Work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the creation of medical information about products to answer unsolicited medical requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Medical Training
- Provide medical training to affiliate staff in line with clearly identified strategic needs.
- Share medical expertise by providing medical information training support to internal stakeholders (including, but not limited to, regional medical groups, MSLs, Sales representatives, and other field-based representatives)
- SOP update management
Update medical SOPs as needed. Guarantee that Global SOPs are localized or adapted to local regulatory and legal context.
**Qualifications**:
- Scientific or Medical degree (BA oMA or PhD)
- Good knowledge of research tools;
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency with computers, including MS office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
- Proficiency in the English and Spanish language (written and spoken);
- Organized, efficient, proactive and with a good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and answer simultaneous requests from different stakeholders;
- Ability to read and interpret the legislation, guidelines, official documents and procedures within Health industry;
- Autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to change
- Familiarity with biotechnology & pharmaceutical industry preferred
