Responsibilities Manage Insurance Claims & GOP Processes: Accurately process and coordinate international medical insurance cases. A strong background in Guarantee of Payment (GOP) procedures with hospitals and clinics is essential. Coordinate International Assistance: Act as the central point of contact between clients, medical providers, and insurance partners to arrange and authorize medical treatments and services worldwide. Provide Client Support: Deliver clear, compassionate, and professional communication to guide clients and their families through stressful situations. Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Meticulously document all cases, verify coverage, and ensure all actions comply with company protocols and insurance policy terms. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Experience: Proven professional experience in medical insurance claims management and a solid understanding of GOP frameworks. Language Skills: Essential: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Highly Preferred: Fluency in other European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian, other). Every additional language is a significant advantage. Key Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and superb interpersonal abilities.
