We're growing fast and looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help shape how Honest Greens comes to life across our digital channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging visual content that captures our brand, our food, and our community — from concept to final delivery. You'll work closely with our broader Brand Marketing team to bring ideas to life, experiment with new formats, and create content that feels fresh, authentic, and unmistakably Honest Greens. We're looking for someone creative, hands-on, and passionate about storytelling, food, and visual culture. Responsabilities: Content Production Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Manage pre-production tasks, including mood board creation, location scouting, and lighting and equipment setup. Work with the production team to coordinate with external collaborators such as models, stylists, photographers, and other creatives when required. Take ownership of on-set operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. Creative Contribution Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Manage pre-production tasks, including mood board creation, location scouting, and lighting and equipment setup. Work with the production team to coordinate with external collaborators such as models, stylists, photographers, and other creatives when required. Take ownership of on-set operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results. Post-Production Edit video and photo content, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects when needed. Adapt content for multiple platforms, ensuring it meets technical specifications and performance best practices. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone, and quality standards. Organization & Delivery Maintain an organized project workflow to ensure timely delivery of assets. Keep production files and content libraries well-structured and easily accessible for the team. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (~5 years) in video production, photography, and editing. Strong skills in lighting, composition, and post-production software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci). A strong portfolio showcasing a range of content, from short-form social media clips to more polished brand videos. Ability to work independently, problem-solve on the go, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. A strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
