Built around limited editions, refined materials, and a deliberate design language, SAL is developing its online presence with the same discipline and restraint that defines its collections.We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in premium or luxury fashion to lead the development of SAL's social presence from the ground up.The RoleThis is a strategic, brand-building role, not a junior or content-volume position.You will be responsible for defining how SAL exists online—its tone, rhythm, visual discipline, and sense of restraint—while building a relevant, engaged audience over time. The focus is on quality, clarity, and long-term brand equity, not short-term trends.Working with a limited set of carefully produced assets, you will manage, curate, and develop content that reflects the brand's values and positioning.Remote, part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week).ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage SAL's social media presence in line with its luxury positioningBuild the brand's online identity with consistency, restraint, and editorial clarityDevelop a thoughtful content strategy and posting cadence aligned with collections and brand momentsWork confidently with less content, not more—prioritising quality over frequencyCurate and adapt brand assets and campaignsGuide audience growth and engagement in a manner appropriate to a premium brandMonitor performance and audience signals, refining approach without compromising brand integrityEnsure all content reflects SAL's visual and editorial standardsProfile & Experience4–7 years of experience managing social media for a premium, luxury, or design-led brandStrong background in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury is essentialDemonstrated experience building a brand's social presence from an early or growth stageExceptional editorial judgment and visual sensitivityClear understanding of how scarcity, restraint, and confidence function in luxury brandingExcellent writing skills with clarity, precision, and restraintHighly organised, consistent, and detail-orientedStrategic thinker with the ability to execute independentlyFluency in English is requiredHow to ApplyPlease include:Examples of fashion or luxury brand accounts you have managedA short note describing your approach to building a brand's social presenceYour availability and compensation expectations
