We have revolutionised the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialised in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.We are looking for a social native Junior Creative Copywriter for Ads (Copy & Concept), someone who truly understands how content behaves on social, both organic and paid, and knows why certain formats stop the scroll and others don't.This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You'll help shape social first concepts, UGC style scripts, hooks and messaging designed specifically for Meta and TikTok ads. You'll work closely with designers, video editors and performance marketers to turn insights, trends and formats into high performing ads. We're looking for someone curious about what works, why it works, and how to build concepts that are born for social feeds, not adapted to them.Location:This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). You'll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.What You'll DoCreative Ideation & Concept DevelopmentGenerate creative concepts for paid social ads, including hooks, storylines, and content angles.Write short-form ad copy, headlines, and CTAs optimized for performance and platform behavior.Develop scripts and shot lists for UGC-style and branded video ads.Translate marketing goals and insights into clear creative directions for production.Performance-Oriented CreativitySupport the creation of multiple creative variations for A/B testing across audiences and funnel stages.Collaborate with performance teams to understand results and iterate concepts accordingly.Continuously learn from what's working on Meta and TikTok and apply those learnings to new ideas.Brand & MessagingEnsure that all messaging aligns with Impress brand voice and tone.Adapt messaging to different audiences, treatments, and funnel stages.Help evolve brand storytelling while maintaining clarity and trust in a healthcare context.Adapt concepts and copy to different markets, audiences and funnel stages.Collaboration & Production SupportWork closely with designers, video editors, and motion designers to bring concepts to life.Provide clear creative briefs and feedback during production.Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions.Support content calendars and campaign launches with timely delivery of copy and concepts.What You'll BringDegree or training in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field (or equivalent portfolio).Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in short formats.High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken), able to work in an international environment and write ad copy in English.Interest in digital advertising and social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.Basic understanding of how paid social ads work (funnels, testing, performance metrics).Ability to think conceptually and propose multiple creative angles for the same objective.Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Experience writing for social media, ads, or UGC-style scripts.Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or performance marketing concepts.Ability to analyze ad performance data and extract learnings.Interest in AI tools for copy ideation or creative research.Interest in trends, creators and native social content.Personal ProfileSocial native and chronically online in the best way.Curious about why content works and how to make it better.Creative but grounded in reality and performance.Fast learner who enjoys testing, iterating and improving ideas.Organized and able to manage multiple briefs.Collaborative and comfortable working with creatives and performance marketers.What We OfferHands-on experience in performance-driven creative strategy.Mentorship from senior creatives and marketers.Exposure to large-scale paid social campaigns.Fast learning curve in digital advertising and growth marketing.Dynamic, international, and collaborative team environment.At Impress, diversity powers our success .
