Key Responsibilities: Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors. Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations. Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects. Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus). Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English. Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments.
