Job Title: EHS SupervisorLocation: Tarragona Region, SpainEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We’re seeking a Site EHS Supervisor to join our team and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts during construction and commissioning phases of a major industrial project. Reporting to the EHS Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with our EHS Management System and foster a strong safety culture across the site.Key Responsibilities:- Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.- Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes.- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations.- Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices.- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects.- Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus).- Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English.- Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments.- Expertise in incident investigations and root cause analysis.If this sounds like something of interest to you, apply using the link
