Role Overview As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide i Gaming players with prompt, friendly, and professional assistance via phone, ensuring an exceptional service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support to i Gaming players in EnglishAssist with account issues, payments, bonuses, and game-related questionsTroubleshoot technical or account problems and escalate when neededAccurately document all interactions in the CRM systemMaintain a customer-focused, solution-oriented attitudeRepresent FEDCEL GROUP, S. L. with professionalism and integrity Requirements Must be a Nigerian citizen Fluent English communication skills Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)Experience in customer support or i Gaming is advantageous, but not essential.
