We support global partners in the iGaming industry, and we are now expanding our team with Nigerian, English-speaking Customer Support Agents.Role OverviewAs a Customer Support Agent, you will provide iGaming players with prompt, friendly, and professional assistance via phone, ensuring an exceptional service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support to iGaming players in EnglishAssist with account issues, payments, bonuses, and game-related questionsTroubleshoot technical or account problems and escalate when neededAccurately document all interactions in the CRM systemMaintain a customer-focused, solution-oriented attitudeRepresent FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. with professionalism and integrityRequirementsMust be a Nigerian citizenFluent English communication skillsStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)Experience in customer xcskxlj support or iGaming is advantageous, but not essential.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a multicultural, international teamProfessional onboarding and trainingCareer growth in the iGaming support sectorModern office environment in central BarcelonaOffice LocationsPasseig Joan de Borbó 99-101, 7th Floor, Barcelona C/ Bruc 149, 08037 Barcelona
