Role: Deliver results and achieve goals independently Understand the client's business and support their strategic growth, building long-term trust-based relationships Present tailored proposals that address each client's specific needs while identifying new growth opportunities Define the strategic planning of the account or client Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client needs are met with excellence Possess in-depth knowledge of products, production timelines, and distribution schedules in order to accurately inform clients Hard Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Fluency/Native in Spanish (mandatory)2+ years of experience in account management within an SME environment Fluent in English (a plus) Mandatoy to have Industry knowledge, particularly in marketing solutions, printing, and promotional gifts About you: Degree in relevant area Resilience and ability to work under pressure. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
