Position: Strategy Manager Location: Madrid Permanent contract Start date : April - May 2026 Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for driving global, strategic projects and business insights. This role will collaborate closely with relevant key stakeholders and partners, including Executive team and the CEO, to ensure timely execution and completion. This position will be based in our offices in Madrid, with a start date of April / May 2026. Your role will be: Drive cross-functional projects to ensure alignment on key strategic actions (projects range from retail, through to merchandising and supporting functions) Structure and drive content, while effectively managing stakeholders, agendas and priorities across multiple functions. Partner with teams to identify business opportunities/ issues and adapt strategic priorities/ plans Prepare and input into key strategic documents such as Strategic Plans and Budgets, where relevant Lead preparation of strategic reviews of product, channels or markets, in collaboration with relevant business units Translate market trends, global corporate priorities & company performance into useful findings as inputs into strategic priorities Promote & support project management mode with internal stakeholders What is important for the role: At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Fashion (in 360 project management capacity) Experience in luxury fashion a strong plus Strong analytical skills, comfortable in driving complex numerical analysis, ability to structure and draw insights from multiple sources Excellent relationship management skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in a multi-cultural organization Clear and top-down communication skills Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, French or Spanish a plus Encouraging diversity in all its forms, LOEWE is committed to employing people with disabilities.
