En Altorecruit somos una firma especializada en selección para sectores industriales y B2B, colaborando con empresas líderes en distribución de materias primas, plásticos y soluciones técnicas a nivel nacional e internacional. Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist para un distribuidor de plásticos con operaciones en el mercado europeo. La posición La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar una gestión eficiente del ciclo completo del pedido, actuando como punto de contacto clave entre clientes, almacenes, proveedores y transportistas. Se trata de una posición con contrato de duración determinada (1 año) , con incorporación inmediata , ubicada en el centro de Valencia . Responsabilidades Gestión integral de pedidos (order management): desde la recepción hasta la entrega final. Coordinación logística con proveedores, operadores de transporte y almacenes. Seguimiento de entregas, incidencias y reclamaciones. Atención al cliente nacional e internacional (principalmente en inglés). Gestión documental: albaranes, facturación, exportaciones/importaciones (según mercado). Actualización de datos en ERP y soporte administrativo al área comercial. Colaboración estrecha con los equipos de ventas y logística. Perfil requerido Experiencia previa en Customer Service y/o logística en entorno industrial o distribución (valorable sector plásticos o químico). Inglés fluido (imprescindible, nivel B2–C1). Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y ERP. Persona organizada, resolutiva y orientada al cliente. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples pedidos y prioridades. Disponibilidad inmediata .
