¿Te apasiona el trato con clientes y la coordinación de procesos? En este rol de Customer Service Specialist/Soporte Comercial serás el punto clave para que todo funcione sin fricciones. Tu objetivo será dar soporte técnico-comercial al área de Filtración Molecular, asegurando que nuestros clientes reciban un servicio excelente y que los pedidos, ofertas e incidencias se gestionen de forma ágil y eficiente. Serás el nexo entre clientes, equipo comercial y áreas internas

Responsabilidades:

- Atender a clientes nacionales e internacionales en español e inglés, ofreciendo un servicio cercano y profesional.
- Gestionar pedidos desde su recepción hasta la engrega.
- Preparar, enviar y hacer seguimiento de ofertas técnico-comerciales.
- Coordinar con logística, producción y calidad para garantizar plazos y envíos correctos.
- Realizar seguimiento de entregas, controlar documentación y dar soporte postventa.
- Resolver incidencias comerciales y técnicas con rapidez y eficacia.
- Mantener actualizados los datos en ERP/CRM.
- Apoyar al equipo comercial y colaborar estrechamente con Customer Service.

Requisitos

- Formación en Administración, Comercio, Logística o áreas técnicas relacionadas (si tienes experiencia, mejor).
- Experiencia previa en soporte comercial, customer service o back office en entornos técnicos o industriales.
- Español nativo y nivel alto de inglés.
- Conocimientos de logística y gestión de pedidos; se valora la experiencia con ERP (SAP) y CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Habilidades clave: orientación al cliente, organización, comunicación efectiva, resolución de incidencias, trabajo en equipo, proactividad y atención al detalle.
