🇪🇸 Workday HCM Consultant (Contract):Location: Spain (Remote / Hybrid / On-site options)Duration: 6–12 Months (Initial) + High potential for extensionLanguages: English (Required) – Spanish is a BIG plus Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant for a critical global transformation and optimisation project. This role is designed for a functional expert who excels at architecting Human Capital Management solutions, streamlining business processes, and delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities:Module Leadership: Lead the functional configuration and support of Workday HCM Core, along with modules such as Compensation, Talent, Absence, or Benefits.BP Architecting: Design, build, and optimize complex Business Processes (BP) to meet evolving global organizational requirements.System Design: Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and configuration workbooks.Data Management: Manage data loads using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and develop complex Calculated Fields for reporting and logic.Security & RBP: Manage and audit Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure data privacy and compliance across different regions.Testing & QA: Drive Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the impact analysis of Workday's bi-annual feature releases. Required Skills & Experience:5+ Years of hands-on technical and functional experience with Workday HCM.Certifications: Workday Pro or Partner Certification in HCM Core is highly desirable.Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Workday's object-oriented architecture, Reporting (Advanced/Matrix), and EIBs.Project Delivery: Proven track record of navigating global implementations and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
