From LHH Engineering Division, we are seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading client in the automotive sector, in a strategic plant shaping the future of e‐mobility.This is a key role to drive industrial engineering strategy, lead new product industrialization, and optimize complex manufacturing processes in a high‐tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a direct team of 5 engineers and a broader team of 35 professionals.Drive the industrialization of new production lines and products.Optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, automation, testing).Ensure on-time launches and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost‐efficiency projects.Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation.Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.What We're Looking ForDegree in Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).Fluent English + excellent communication skills.Experience in the automotive industry, ideally electronics.Proven leadership in industrial/manufacturing environments.Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Important additional requirementsDirect people‐leadership experience, managing teams with full responsibility — not only PMs nor dotted‐line structures.Background in large, complex industrial environments with technologically advanced products, not SMEs nor non‐comparable product contexts.Strong experience as a Manufacturing Engineering leader within a production plant, including launches, process optimization, and implementation of new technologies on the shop floor — not product-focused engineering managers.What We OfferPermanent position in a strategic automotive plant.Continuous training and career development.Innovative and forward‐looking work environment.Opportunity to lead key projects in electrification and e‐mobility.Why Join Us?A plant with a strong long‐term vision, over five decades of automotive innovation, and a team playing a central role in the next generation of e‐mobility technologies.
