Buscamos un Senior AI Engineer que combine experiencia en desarrollo de software en Python y técnicas de deep learning, capaz de trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos y resolver problemas de NLP, siempre con orientación al negocio y al cliente.Como parte del equipo de IA, te unirás a un grupo de profesionales apasionados que exploran el potencial del procesamiento del lenguaje natural (NLP), la IA generativa y los modelos multimodales para detectar fake news.Tu misión: desarrollar modelos y librerías de IA/NLP que respalden los servicios inteligentes y agentes que estamos construyendo.️ Habilidades técnicas requeridasDominio de Python con más de 5 años de experiencia.Experiencia en ingeniería backend y MLOps.Conocimiento profundo de machine learning y NLP.Manejo de librerías y frameworks de data science: Numpy, pandas (o alternativas aceleradas como cuDF, polars), PyTorch, scikit-learn.Experiencia en frameworks de NLP y deep learning para LLMs (Transformers, PEFT, TRL...).Más de 3 años trabajando con modelos NLP como BERT, GPT y Sentence-BERT para vector search.Experiencia en entrenamiento y fine-tuning de modelos ML (incluyendo LLMs) y creación de frameworks de evaluación conectando métricas con impacto en negocio.Experiencia en ciclos de desarrollo cortos.Mentalidad colaborativa, trabajando estrechamente con equipos de arquitectura de producto para integrar investigación y desarrollo en productos. Puntos extraExperiencia práctica con pipelines RAG (LangChain, LlamaIndex u otros) y bases de datos vectoriales (Qdrant, pgvector, OpenSearch...).Experiencia en diseño e implementación con bases de datos vectoriales (Qdrant, ElasticSearch, FAISS...).Experiencia con frameworks agentic y basados en workflows como LangGraph, Google ADK o smolagents.
