Product Owner | Clinical Trials & AI Innovation | Madrid Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through technology? We're seeking a Product Owner to join our growing team at the intersection of clinical data science, AI, and pharmaceutical innovation . You'll play a pivotal role in developing a next-generation clinical trial management platform that leverages AI and advanced analytics to accelerate drug development. What You'll Do: Co-develop and own the product roadmap, driving features from concept to launch Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, compliance) to align product vision with strategic goals Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization within our Agile framework Work closely with biotech's clients and internal stakeholders to define user-centric experiences Define go-to-market strategies and track product performance post-launch Navigate the unique challenges of regulated environments (CDISC, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) What You Bring: Strong balance of technical curiosity and business acumen Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Proactive, self-driven approach with solid project management capabilities Outstanding communication skills—ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, pivot tables, KPI dashboards) Bachelor's degree required Experience in Agile environments and software development is a plus Background in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare technology is highly valued What We Offer: Join a specialized team building innovative AI solutions for clinical trials Work with cutting-edge technologies: Cloud, AI/ML systems Collaborative, agile culture with continuous learning Opportunity to impact global pharmaceutical development Professional growth in a high-innovation environment Interested?
