Our executive search firm is partnering with a high-growth, US-based product company with a truly global footprint to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO).The company builds technology platforms for mobile app monetization and growth and also develops and publishes mobile games, operating at the intersection of AdTech, data, and gaming. With offices across Europe and the US, the organization is entering its next phase of scale and operational maturity.About the Company:Global product company spanning mobile app monetization, AdTech, and mobile game development230+ employees across Europe, the US, and additional regionsInternational, diverse, and performance-driven cultureMission-led organization empowering creators, developers, and game studios to scale.The Opportunity:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for company-wide operations and execution across product, platform, and mobile gaming business units. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the COO will help scale the organization while maintaining speed, accountability, and a strong product-driven culture.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the company's global operational strategy in partnership with the CEO and BoardBuild scalable operating models, systems, and KPIs across product, AdTech, and gaming divisionsDrive alignment between Product, Finance, HR, Technology, and Game StudiosLead, mentor, and scale senior leadership teams across multiple business unitsEstablish executive dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisionsBalance operational rigor with innovation, creativity, and fast iteration.What Success Looks Like:A scalable, high-performing organization with clear ownership and accountabilityImproved cross-functional collaboration between platform and game development teamsFaster execution with reduced operational frictionLeadership capacity freed to focus on growth, strategy, and new opportunities.Ideal Candidate Profile:12+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, General Management, or StrategyExperience scaling product-led, technology, or mobile gaming companiesStrong background in multi-business-unit or holding-company environmentsTrusted partner to CEOs, Boards, and investorsMBA or advanced degree preferred.
