Sobre el Puesto Buscamos incorporar un/a Corporate Travel Specialist para formar parte de nuestro equipo, en nuestras oficinas centrales de Palma . Este rol será clave para planificar, organizar, y controlar los viajes de negocios de la empresa, buscando la eficiencia y optimización de costes. Si eres una persona proactiva, dinámica, con orientación al detalle y motivada por los retos, queremos conocerte. Responsabilidades Principales Gestionar reservas del personal de la propia empresa, como vuelos, estancias en hoteles y alquiler de coches a nivel mundial. Manejo de correo electrónico / atención telefónica para la tramitación de solicitudes con cliente interno. Orientación y resolución de posibles incidencias. Manejo de archivo y gestión ADM. Operar mediante el sistema Amadeus ( reservas, cambios, reemisiones y emisión de billetes). Requisitos del Puesto Grado en Turismo / Grado Superior en Gestión de Alojamientos Turísticos. Conocimiento del funcionamiento administrativo de agencias de viajes. Manejo de las plataformas web de las distintas compañías aéreas. Conocimiento avanzado de Amadeus y plataformas de reservas NDC de cada compañía. Habilidades interpersonales destacadas y orientación al cliente. Dominio de Inglés C1.
