Lea toda la información asociada y asegúrese de presentar su candidatura.EPI-USE – Salary €27,000 to €32,000 per annumLocation:~ Office (Madrid) & home based (Hybrid)THE ROLEDue to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join the Employee Managed Service (EMS) team at EPI-USE.As a UK Payroll Administrator in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for processing monthly and weekly payrolls ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time, in accordance with legislation, and the client's terms and conditions.You will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times, comply with data protection (GDPR) legislation, carry out any reasonable duties as requested by line management and act as the key contact for your payroll clients, ensuring continuous improvement in the process.This is a hybrid role with:~ Career progression~ Supportive payroll team~ Increased payroll knowledge through a varied role~ Competitive salary~21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays~ Pension~ Regular training~ Company healthcare schemeRequirements:Essential:At least 3 years hands-on payroll experience with solid knowledge of end to end payroll of any countryUp to date knowledge of recent legislation (PAYE, NIC, Parental payment and leave, RTI reporting, PAE etc)Ability to work to agreed deadlines and adapt to change in a dynamic environmentAccuracy and attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsTeam player with the ability to work xohynlm effectively with a wide range of people and capable of building relationshipsResults focussed with the ability to work under pressureExperience with SAP Payroll Software and SAP SuccessFactorsDesirable:UK payroll experienceOther countries' payroll experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordClient facing experienceRelevant experience of working in a busy multiple-payroll environmentLooking to progress a diverse career in payrollCIPP or equivalent accreditation
