Tu misión será proporcionar el soporte técnico adecuado para las baterías Li-Ion y los cargadores, actuando como primer punto de contacto para los clientes. Su misión es asesorar y proporcionar las mejores soluciones posibles. Las responsabilidades incluyen: - Proporcionar asistencia técnica en el campo de las baterías Li-Ion y los cargadores, centrándose en la tecnología de los cargadores y la infraestructura de carga. - Analizar fallos e identificar soluciones. - Trabajar con sistemas CAN bus para el diagnóstico. - Realizar análisis estructurados para el diagnóstico de fallos. - Registrar y preparar sistemáticamente datos técnicos para enviarlos a los equipos de asistencia posteriores.
