Experience with HR processes: talent development, performance management, recruitment cycles, and career pathingFluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for global stakeholder communicationProven ability to drive continuous improvement in HR and operational processesStrong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing leadership talentExceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in complex, multicultural environmentsBackground in HR with an interest in IT, or in IT with an interest in HR/people management.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.Hybrid setting in Barcelona.Nice to Have:Background in IT consulting or technology sectors WHAT WILL YOU DO?
