You'll champion a strong systems engineering mindset — communicating clearly, anticipating risks, and making informed technical decisions to secure first-time silicon success . You will also represent Aion Silicon in customer-facing technical discussions, negotiating and aligning expectations on scope, requirements, and milestones. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical delivery of complex SoC/ASIC projects across multiple engineering disciplines. • Ensure teams deliver against agreed specifications, timelines, quality, and cost targets. • Drive collaboration and alignment across inter-functional teams and technical workstreams. • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and support change control where needed. • Mentor and support engineering contributors, ensuring clarity of roles and priorities. • Support project planning and resource allocation with the Project Manager. • Own technical decision-making within your discipline, ensuring consistency and best practice. • Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. • Track and report technical status, risks, and KPIs clearly and confidently. • Represent Aion Silicon in customer technical meetings and reviews. About You You are a strong technical leader with a successful background delivering SoC or ASIC projects in the semiconductor industry . You understand the complexities of technical integration and know how to inspire teams to deliver their best work. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline. • Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary SoC/ASIC programmes (e.g., Architecture, RTL/Front-End, Verification, DfT, Physical Design). • Strong leadership and mentoring capability, able to drive clarity and performance in teams. • Confident decision-maker with strong risk management and problem-solving skills. • Clear and credible communicator, both internally and with customers. • Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and shaping Statements of Work (SoWs). • Comfortable reporting progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
