Spanish-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location: Fully RemoteStart Date: As soon as possible after selectionHours: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week (Monday-Friday)Compensation: 15/hour + attractive commission structurePosition OverviewWe are currently hiring Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support a leading client in the vacation rental industry. This is a pre-sales role focused on identifying and qualifying potential property owners to join our clients vacation rental platform.You will engage with both warm and cold leads, evaluate their interest and eligibility based on established criteria, and forward qualified prospects to the Sales Manager for conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesCold calling vacation rental property owners across SpainHandling both inbound and outbound leads provided by the clientQualifying leads based on predefined standards and eligibility criteriaForwarding qualified leads to the Sales ManagerMaintaining and updating lead records in PipedriveMaking multiple contact attempts before marking leads as unreachableParticipating in monthly performance meetings to review KPIs and conversionsContributing to process improvement and lead generation strategiesRequired Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication and persuasion abilities with confidence in objection handlingCold calling and outbound sales experienceExperience with lead prequalification, qualification, and referral processesProficiency in CRM tools and database managementOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyActive listening and the ability to position the service as a tailored solutionCapable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining follow-ups and handoversGoal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance targetsTools and SystemsAircall for phone communication and KPI trackingPipedrive for CRM and lead managementPipedrive Dashboards for real-time performance trackingQualificationsFluent in Spanish and excellent English skillsPrevious experience in cold calling, sales development, or lead generationComfortable using call platforms, CRM software, and online collaboration toolsDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plusPart-time: 20 hours per weekMonday to Friday: 10:30 AM 12:30 PM CESTMondays and Tuesdays: 3:30 PM 7:00 PM CESTThursdays: 3:30 PM 6:30 PM CESTRecruitment Deadline: 31 January, 2026Compensation and Benefits15 per hour plus performance-based quarterly and yearly bonusesLong-term remote opportunityFreelance cooperation AgreementGamification bonuses and paid holiday hoursSupportive, international remote teamCareer growth and development pathwaysApply NowIf you're ready to join a high-performing, remote-first team and thrive in a dynamic sales environment, submit your application by January31, 2026, to be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
