Their plug-in integrates seamlessly with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce , and more — helping online shoppers find the right products faster and significantly boosting conversion rates. Your Mission As an Account Executive, you will: Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → negotiation → closing Identify customer needs through market research Build and execute tailored sales strategies Prepare and present customized proposals Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms Independently generate new business opportunities Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts What We're Looking For 6+ months of experience in sales (B2B SaaS is a plus) German: C2 | English: B2 Strong communication and active listening skills Results-driven, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset Team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment What's in It for You Permanent contract €30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (≈ €15,000 OTE) Clear career progression & personalized development plans International team with 33+ nationalities Healthcare plan & support with Spanish documentation Hybrid work model after 3–4 months Friday afternoons off Modern, eco-friendly office with open spaces & arcade games Employee referral program with bonuses Interested?
