This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & DevelopmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different functions.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners such us Universities and agencies when needed.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.Employer Branding & Candidate ExperienceContribute to strengthening the company's employer brand in the local market.Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding initiatives, career site content, and recruitment marketing activities.Reporting & Process ImprovementMaintain accurate recruitment data and ensure proper documentation.Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.Partner with managers to identify training and development needs.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.Maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Experience recruiting in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is required.
