Based in Madrid, it centralizes negotiations with major international suppliers and plays a pivotal role in the company's pricing and procurement strategy across several European countries.Are you a Record to Report (R2R) expert with an analytical mindset and mastery of S/4HANA? At Carrefour, we are looking for your talent to ensure excellence in our financial information.The Challenge: Your mission will be to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial statements. You won't just execute the closing process; you will be the guardian of accounting standards (local GAAP/IFRS) and the key liaison with the Group to harmonize financial processes.Key Responsibilities: R2R Cycle & Closing: Execute high-quality month-end closures, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.Quality Control: Guarantee the application of Group standards and ensure full reconciliation of balance sheet and Intercompany accounts.Asset Management: Lead the Fixed Assets lifecycle (additions, disposals, and depreciation).Reporting & Audit: Prepare P&L and Balance Sheets, upload data into corporate reporting tools, and provide key support during audits.Tax & Analysis: Review VAT records and perform technical variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).What profile are we looking for? Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration + Specialized Master's degree.Experience: Minimum of 4 years in complex accounting or finance departments.Systems: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.Languages: Advanced level of English.Hard Skills: Expert in accounting regulations (local GAAP/IFRS) and technical variance analysis.What does Carrefour offer you?
