We are Applus+ Laboratories , the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing, certification, and product development engineering services.In the IT & CYBERSECURITY laboratory , we are accredited to perform a wide range of security evaluations for payment schemes, identification, and IT security.We are seeking for passionate hardware and embedded system security professional passionates to join our team and learn this field.Perform vulnerability analysis and penetration testing on real hardware and software products, analysing source code and using reverse engineering techniques.We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team and perform vulnerability analysis and penetration testing on real hardware and software products, analysing source code and using reverse engineering techniques.Essential job responsibilitiesAcquire knowledge of key customer's technological solutionsGain understanding of cybersecurity requirements for products and customer facilitiesCarry out hardware and software security evaluations in different frameworks.Perform ad-hoc evaluations, subject to customer constraints and needs.Work with technology vendors to help meet security certification requirementsIdentify and resolve challenges to ensure certification project successWrite technical reports and communicate effectively with customers, testing laboratories, and other stakeholdersConduct security evaluations in compliance with certification standards, primarily for Smart Cards and embedded systems.Perform advanced technical security analyses, including:-Secure source code reviews for embedded and payment systems.-High Assurance Vulnerability Analysis (VA).-Advanced penetration testing using Side Channel Analysis (SCA) and Fault Injection (FI) techniques.To be considered, candidates must possessEducation: Technical background such as Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics, Mathematics or equivalent degree.Coding experience with Python / C / C++Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes is desirableDocumentary experience with GitLanguages: Spanish and English (at least B2)Experience in the same position: 0-2 yearsStrong analytical and communication skillsSelf-starter with a passion for professional growthPassion for technology and cybersecurityOur current stack and tools:Programming Language, Python, C/ C++GitOperative Systems, UNIX Based OSBenefitsPermanent contract.Full-time position.23 vacation days and 3 personal days.Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation, childcare, meal vouchers).Employee parking.Green spaces and wellness activities, including yoga classes, to promote well-being.Subsidized menu with reduced prices.Are you passionate about cybersecurity?
