Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regulated and emerging markets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key decision-makers. Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals that deliver value for both the client and the company. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, promoting the games, products, and services. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to finalise contracts and ensure smooth onboarding and go-live processes. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on pipeline progress, forecasts, and market feedback. Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets while aligning with overall business strategy. Contribute to refining and optimising business development processes and best practices. Act as a mentor to junior team members and share knowledge of product and market dynamics. Drive market entry strategies by assessing local regulations, compliance requirements, and competitive landscapes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the iGaming sector. Deep understanding of the global online casino ecosystem, including slot content, competitors, and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
