About the Opportunity Leading multinational company is looking to hire a Sales Development Specialist specialized in the German market. This strategic position will allow you to develop new B2B business opportunities and manage relationships with corporate clients in the German-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities Maximize business opportunities by identifying and closing deals for monthly and short-term needs Develop and maintain commercial relationships with targeted companies, actively prospecting new business Ensure continuity and flow in corporate client management Establish effective collaborative relationships with other internal departments Negotiate and close commercial agreements with the best possible terms Essential Requirements Residence in Barcelona (mandatory) Very high level of German + professional level of Spanish/English Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in complex or long-cycle sales environments Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial management software Analytical ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into long-term partnerships Strategic mindset with a global business vision and market positioning understanding
